The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Have to give them 5 stars+. The reception girl is very patient and nice. I was stuck to get my wheel protections from oversea. They did not put any pressure on me to give the loan wheel back. Really appreciate it for that. They try their best to help me to put wheel protection on. Also the price is reasonable. Buckled wheel on VW Arteon fixed while I waited which was great. What was even better was the absolutely stand out customer service and follow up  after a small problem encountered when driving home.
