Refunds & Returns

• Custom Work and Special Orders: Please note that custom work and special orders are non-refundable unless defects are identified that fall under the protections provided by Australian Consumer Law. If defects or issues arise with custom work, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
• Refund Process: To request a refund or rework, customers must provide the necessary documentation, such as the service agreement or proof of purchase, within 14 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
